The first part was published with the title \u201cAbuse of power in higher education: the multiple dimensions of a structural problem\u201d and features the participation of J\u00falia Garraio (co-coordinator of the UnCoveR project) and Maria Jo\u00e3o Faustino (UnCoveR researcher). J\u00falia Garraio discussed some results of the project \u201cSexual harassment in Portuguese academia in the <a class=\"x1i10hfl xjbqb8w x1ejq31n xd10rxx x1sy0etr x17r0tee x972fbf xcfux6l x1qhh985 xm0m39n x9f619 x1ypdohk xt0psk2 xe8uvvx xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x16tdsg8 x1hl2dhg xggy1nq x1a2a7pz xt0b8zv xzsf02u x1s688f\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/metoo?__eep__=6&amp;__tn__=*NK*F\">#metoo<\/a>era\u201d, which was developed at ISCTE in 2022 by a team composed of Maria Helena Santos (coordination), Carla Cerqueira and J\u00falia Garraio. In her statements, Maria Jo\u00e3o Faustino denounces the \u201clack of knowledge, lack of understanding and lack of empathy\u201d in society in general and defends the visibility of the problem because: \u201c(\u2026) sexual violence feeds on silence and impunity for perpetrators feed on silence.
